Does your kids dress up infront of the school gate.

It is common to see students finishing their breakfast outside the school or crying refuse to go in. But this morning, something you don't get to see on other days.

Charlie is throwing her tantrum again. She has started to cough a bit end of last week. This morning, she was coughing and told me she is not feeling well hence not going to school. I brushed her off and pushed her to prepare herself. Of course the girl was not happy with it. Firstly, she rejected honey lemon drink I made for her. Fine, I will just take it away. Then, she refused to wear her school skirt when we are leaving the house. Fine, I don't insisted. She was half dressed for school and throughout the whole 7 min walk she was holding her skirt on her hand. On the road, I did ask her why isn't she wearing her skirt and the stubborn girl replied she cant wear it when she is walking. I really surrender. In the end, she only put on her skirt outside the school gates despite so many kids look at her along the way.

Charlie bought stuff from sch bookstore again....

Went thru both kids' sch bag today and found a small cylinder glass in charlie bag.  I questioned her when she came back later today. She admitted immediately that she bought it from sch bookshop. This is the second time I caught her buying stuffs from the book shop despite I have been telling both of them many times that they are not supposed to. I caned her for that and she cried. Shortly she called her father n cried over the phone. She was not really talking much over the phone. More of siting here n there, walking around the house, sobbing while holding onto the phone. The thing is she seldom make phone call to her father and even when her father called, she will not want to talk to him. After ending the calls, she still refused to do her hw or sleep. I was all along siting on the sofa watching her. I asked her twice when is she going to do her hw. She replied me dont know. After the second time I asked, she throw her book away when I told her if she not keen to do it then she can just throw the book away n end the lesson. This girl is so stubborn. She even "discreetly" drop the book into the dustbin while talking on the phone with her father. Really don't know how to guide her. Her character so strong n refused to be threatened. So different from yy.

ps : Don't know what will my next step be to make her pick up the book from the dustbin .

Why I started a new blog ....

Created a new blog. Old blog “My Two Little Precious” has been left untouched for too long and dont want to disturb “it”. In between, I have tried encouraging yy to start on his own blog and it did not even survive it first post. Did the same on Charlie too but don’t seems to interest her much. Guess I cant rely on the kids if I want to have something to look back on a couple of years later.
